Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy – Cosmoji

Effective Date: July 18, 2025

At Cosmoji, we aim to deliver quality products with a smooth shopping experience. However, if you receive a defective product, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

🚫 No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. All requests will be processed as returns and refunds only, and only if they meet the criteria below.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory and must:
    • Start before opening the sealed package
    • Show the full unboxing process
    • Clearly display the defect
  • You must initiate a return request within 1 day of delivery.
  • The item must be:
    • In its original condition
    • In the original packaging with all accessories and tags
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind or preference
    • Wrong product ordered by customer
    • Items without an unboxing video

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@cosmoji.com or use the contact form on our website.
  2. Include the following:
    • Order ID
    • Date of delivery
    • Photos of the product
    • Full unboxing video clearly showing the defect
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

🚚 Return Process

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship (with reimbursement up to ₹100).
  • Pickup will be attempted up to 3 times.
  • The returned item will be inspected by our quality team.

💰 Refund Process

After successful inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed as follows:

🔹 Prepaid Orders

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after inspection

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI
  • We will request your bank details securely after approval
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after inspection
Note: Refunds will not be processed if the defect is not verified or if return conditions are not met.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for all defect-related returns.
  • We reserve the right to reject a return if the video is missing, unclear, or the defect is not visible.
  • Refunds will not include any shipping or COD fees unless the product delivered was wrong or defective.
  • No exchanges or replacements will be provided.
