All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. 95% of orders ship within this timeframe. A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch. Please note that processing may take longer during weekends and holidays.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally delivered within the following timeframes:

2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Rates
For orders below ₹799, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 is applied. Orders above ₹799 qualify for FREE shipping.
Special Cases
Please be aware that remote locations may incur additional shipping charges. Furthermore, bulk orders may have custom shipping rates, and special handling fees may apply for fragile items.
3. DELIVERY PROCESS
Standard Procedure
We provide three delivery attempts for each order. Deliveries will occur between 9 AM and 7 PM, with pre-delivery notifications sent via SMS or email. Contactless delivery options are available upon request.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide your full name, contact number, complete shipping address, a landmark for easier navigation, and an alternative contact number (recommended).
4. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking Methods
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a unique tracking ID via email. You can track your order in real time through our website. 5. DELIVERY COVERAGE
Serviceable Areas
We currently offer pan-India delivery. Please verify your pin code before checkout, as some remote areas may be unserviceable. Note that international shipping is not available at this time.
6. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Failed Delivery Protocol
Should a delivery fail, three attempts will be made over consecutive days. If those attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and any shipping charges may be forfeited. Reshipment charges may apply based on the situation.
Return Shipping
Initiating a return is straightforward through our website. For damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we offer free pickups. Please ensure items are in their original packaging, and note that returns must be initiated within a 7-day window.
